                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO ZONE AREA 4, LOOKOUT CREEK ANNEXATION AREA,
                   BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF WAUHATCHIE PIKE
                   AND THE SOUTHERN RAILWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY AT THE
                   TENNESSEE-GEORGIA STATE LINE, FROM COUNTY M-1
                   AREA TO M-1 AND COUNTY R-2A AREA TO R-1.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to zone:
               
                Area 4, Lookout Creek Annexation Area, being on the
                southeast line of Wauhatchie Pike and the Southern
                Railway Right-of-Way at the Tennessee-Georgia State
                Line.  An unplatted tract, being the properties
                described in Chattanooga City Ordinance No. 10186.
                Tax Map No. 166-3 (part) and 6. 
               
               
         from County M-1 Area to M-1 and County R-2A Area to R-1.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
